6. Settings
MySportTraining has various settings to personalize how the data is presented. From the
Today screen, press MENU > Settings.
The Settings screen shows the version currently installed (e.g. “1.3”). If you are using a
trial version, “Trial” is displayed next to the version number.
6.1. Profile
Choose Profile to edit the following information:
Units, either American or Metric
Energy units, either calories or kilojoules.
Gender
Birth year
Weight
Height
6.2. Workouts
Select to enter workout duration (h:mm:ss) or not (h:mm)
When entering a workout, chose to find the past instance of the same workout and
copy that workout’s exercises or intervals in the new workout. When selected, this
makes it very easy to follow a routine.
6.3. Display
Choose a theme among the various themes listed (see Figure 17)
Select the first day of the week among Saturday, Sunday (default) and Monday.
Select Detailed Journal to display all workout and health information for each
record in the Journal. If not selected, only a summary of each record is shown.
Choose to draw calendar days using colors matching the workout’s efforts.
Select to display a weekly summary at the end of each week in the calendar.
Select to display the workout distance in the Calendar instead of the workout
duration, when available.
For multi-workout days, select to display the daily total duration, instead of the
longest workout.
