Troubleshooting
If the synchronization does not happen, here are a few things to check for.
First make sure that Wi-Fi is turned ON on your phone, and that the address and port are
entered correctly.
When you run VidaOne NetSync for the first time, your firewall might ask you to
unblock it. Make sure you choose to unblock it.

Synchronization through a Virtual Private Network (VPN) may not work because of the
corporate firewall in place.
