For those carefully tracking their weight, use the calorie burning and intake,
body weight, and body fat charts to track your progress. For example, if you are
new to exercising, your weight and body fat will decrease as a result of burning
fat (your body uses fat among other nutriments for “fuel” when exercising). If
one of your goals is to achieve a specific weight or to maintain one, the charts
will instantly let you know how you are progressing, allowing you to make sure
your weight is not “going off the chart” (literally!)
