3. Views
MySportTraining is based on views that present your data in a different manner. There
are four views, all explained in the following sections: Today, Journal, Calendar and
Charts. Various tools are available via the Today’s menu.
3.1. Today
Select Today to add workouts and health records:
Touch the GPS icon to start recording an outdoor workout (see section 4.1).
Touch the Workout icon to add any workout (see section 4.2)
Touch the Most Recent icon to see a list of the workout you’ve done in the past 6
months.
Touch the Health icon to add a health record (see section 5).
Touch the Sync icon to synchronize with VidaOne Diet & Fitness (see section 7.5
for details).
Press MENU to access the settings (section 6) and various utilities:
Activity filter (section 7.1)
Personal best (section 7.2)
Training zones (section 7.3)
Workout gear (section 7.4)
Purge data (section 7.5)
