EN - English - Instructions manual 4 Identification 4.1 Product description and type designation The internal dimensions of this housing are suitable for several cameras equipped with a wide range of lenses. The body is constructed from extruded aluminium and the end-cover plates of die-cast aluminium. The weatherproof feature is maintained by two EPDMrubber end gaskets between cover plates, and three cable glands. The opening system allows an easy access for installation and servicing.
6 Assembling and installing 6.1 Installation 6.1.1 How to open the housing To open the housing, unscrew the 3 screws on the rear cover plate and loosen the two dowels on the outer slide, then slide out the housing body. Close the housing, proceeding in the reverse order to that described above. 6.1.3 How to install the heater This section describes how to install the heater kit in those housings that do not already have one.
Pass the cables through the hole provided with insulating rubber. 6.1.4 How to install the camera power supply Not applicable to housings with installed cooling device. EN - English - Instructions manual hh This chapter describes how to install the camera power supply option into the housing. There are two types of camera power supply depending on requirements. One model has an input voltage from 100-240Vac with an output voltage of 12Vdc, 1A.
6.1.5 How to install the blower This section describes how to install the fan kit inside the housing. Open the housing as in the instructions above ("6.1.1 How to open the housing", page 5). Position the fan in the seating provided on the rear cover plate of the housing. Fix the fan using the two screws supplied with the kit. Assemble the fan circuit in the seating provided on the rear cover plate of the housing using the special screws and spacers supplied with the kit.
EN - English - Instructions manual 6.1.6 Cooling device This section describes how to connect the housing with installed cooling device. No other components need installing inside these models, as each one is supplied complete with all the necessary parts. Open the housing as in the instructions above ("6.1.1 How to open the housing", page 5). Make the electric connections for the cooling device to the terminal marked J3 (Fig. 06, page 6).
7 Maintaining and cleaning We suggest to use neutral soap diluted with water or specific products for lens cleaning applied with a soft cloth. Avoid ethyl alcohol, solvents, hydrogenated hydrocarbide, strong acid and alkali. Such products may irreparably damage the surface. hh 8 Disposal of waste materials This symbol mark and recycle system are applied only to EU countries and not applied to the countries in the other area of the world.

4 Identificazione IT - Italiano - Manuale di istruzioni 4.1 Descrizione e designazione del prodotto Le dimensioni interne di questa custodia la rendono compatibile con svariate combinazioni di telecamere e ottiche di vario tipo. Il corpo è realizzato in alluminio estruso; i fondi di chiusura sono in pressofusione di alluminio. La tenuta stagna alle intemperie è assicurata dalla guarnizione avvolgente (in gomma EPDM, tra i fondi di chiusura e il corpo) e dai tre pressacavi dotati di specifiche guarnizioni.
6 Assemblaggio e installazione L'assemblaggio e l'installazione vanno eseguiti solo da personale specializzato. hh 6.1.1 Apertura della custodia Per l’apertura della custodia, svitare le 3 viti poste sul fondo posteriore e allentare i due grani posti sulla slitta esterna, quindi sfilare il corpo della custodia. Chiudere la custodia operando in maniera inversa a quanto descritto precedentemente. 6.1.

Per queste versioni non è necessario collocare alcun componente all’interno perché vengono fornite complete di tutto il necessario, a seconda del modello richiesto. Aprire la custodia come da istruzioni precedenti ("6.1.1 Apertura della custodia", pagina 5).
7 Manutenzione e pulizia 7.1 Pulizia del vetro e delle parti in plastica (PC) Sono da evitare alcool etilico,solventi, idrocarburi idrogenati, acidi forti e alcali. L’utilizzo di detti prodotti danneggia in modo irreparabile la superficie trattata. hh 8 Smaltimento dei rifiuti Questo simbolo e il sistema di riciclaggio sono validi solo nei paesi dell'EU e non trovano applicazione in altri paesi del mondo.

4 Identification 4.1 Description et désignation du produit FR - Français - Manuel d'instructions Ses grandes dimensions intérieures le rendent compatible avec la plupart des caméras équipées de différents types d’objectifs. Le corps du caisson est en profilé d’aluminium; les faces avant et arrière sont en fonte d’aluminium. La parfaite étanchéité est obtenue grâce aux joints (en gomme EPDM, entre les fonds de fermeture et le corps) et aux 3 presse-étoupes.
6 Assemblage et installation L’assemblage et l’installation doivent exclusivement être effectués par un personnel spécialisé. hh 6.1.1 Ouverture du caisson Pour ouvrir le caisson, desserrer les 3 vis placées sur le panneau postérieur ainsi que les deux vis sans tête de la glissière externe; retirer ensuite le corps du caisson. Fermer le caisson en effectuant les mêmes opérations en sens contraire. 6.1.
Faire passer les câbles dans l’orifice équipé de caoutchoucs isolants. 6.1.4 Installation de l’alimentation pour caméra Non applicable pour les caissons équipés de système pour le refroidissement installé. Les alimentateurs qui peuvent être installés sont de deux catégories selon les exigences.

Pour ces versions, aucun composant ne doit être installé à l’intérieur, ces dernières étant fournies avec tout le nécessaire en fonction du modèle requis. 7 Entretien et nettoyage 7.1 Entretiens de la vitre et des parties en plastique (PC) On doit éviter alcool éthylique, solvants, hydrocarbures hydro-génés, acides forts et alcali. L’emploi de ce type de produits abîme d’une façon irréparable la surface traitée. hh 8 Élimination des déchets Ce symbole et le système de recyclage ne sont appliqués que dans les pays UE et non dans les autres pays du monde.

4 Identifizierung 4.1 Beschreibung und Bezeichnung des Produktes DE - Deutsch - Bedienungslanleitung Wegen seiner Innenabmessungen ist es kompatibel mit zahlreichen Videokameras, mit eingestellten Optiken verschiedener Art besitzen. Der Korpus wird aus stranggepreßtem Aluminium hergestellt; die Abschlußplatten bestehen aus Aluminiumdruckguß.
