Checklist
j Has the solar circuit been installed in
accordance with the circuit diagram
and all releva nt standards?
j Have the collectors been installed
with a slight upward gradient
towards the piping side?
j Have the s upply and return
connections been carried out and
pressure tested?
j Have the electrical connections been
carried out correctly?
j Have the sensors been installed
correctly?
j Have air v ent valves been installed at
the highest points of the system and
are they open?
j Have all screws, screwed pipe
conn ections and covers been securely
tighten ed?
j Has the domestic hot water tank
been filled with water?
j Does the maximum capacity of the
expansionvesselcorrespondtothe
value stated in the Syst em Design
Guidelines?
j Has the inlet pressure of the
expansion v essel been adjusted to
the system pressure?
j Have connecting pipes been
insulated and protected from the
elements?
