Checking and adjusting the ignition and ionisation electro-

des

A Ignition electro des B Ionisation elec trode

C Gasket

1. Check electrodes A and B for

wear and contamination.

2. Clean the e lectrodes with a small

brush (not with a wire brush) or

emery paper.

Please note

Never damage the

wire mesh.

3. Check cle arances. If the gaps are

not as specified or the electrodes

are damaged, replace and align the

electrodes together with new gas-

kets C. Tighten the electrode fix-

ingscrewswith2Nm.
