1. Shut off and drain the boiler on the

primary and the s econdary side .

2. Rele ase the side clo sures and

pivot the control unit forward.

3. Remove the siphon.

4. Releas e the compression fitti ngs

A,screwsB and pull out the

plate-type heat exchan ger C.

5. Check the primary and secondary

connections f or contamination a nd

scaling; if necessary, replace the

plate-type heat exchan ger.

6. Lubricate the new gaskets/seals.

Install in revers e order with n ew

gaskets.

Checking the temperature limiter

If the burner control unit cannot be reset a fter a fault shutdown, although the

boiler water temperatur e is below approx. 7 5 °C, check the temper ature limiter.
