Overview Category: Campaign: A campaign is the player’s entire playlist. Campaigns can contain several playlists. One playlist contains several presentations and could be played in multiple time slots. Playlist: An accumulation of presentations. Several Playlists can go into a campaign. Presentation: Segments of content that will be played. Multiple presentations can go into a playlist. Player: The device playing content Group: Players in the same group play the same campaign (content).
i. Dashboard A2: A3: Information: Date, time, IP address, player name, version number, update button. Displays thumbnails of each group. Shows schedule information for the group currently selected. B1/B6: B2/B8: B3/B7: B4: B5: B9: Go to Group Manager shortcut. Go to Campaign Manager shortcut.

vi. Frequently Asked Questions 1. How do I get back to the dashboard while content is playing? There are two methods to get back to the dashboard: on the remote control to go to the dashboard. or a. Press up button b. - If you click on the corner area. The area becomes a "clickable area" and the user can click on the web link in the area. In this case, it will not exit even if you press it again.
2. How do I create a sample campaign and sync it to the player? a. At Dashboard - Click“4 Group Manager” b. At Group Manager - Select one player, set this player to user’s group [ see details on section 4-1] - Click Tab: “Edit Presentation” c.
3. How do I export a campaign? a. Select Campaign b. Click the Export Campaign button and a “Prepare campaign archive” message will appear c. Click“OK” on the “Exported campaign ready”message box d. Select a file location to save the exported Campaign.
4. How do I import a campaign? a. Select Campaign b. Click the“Import Campaign”button c. Select the exported Campaign.cpn file to import and a confirmation message box will appear d. Click“Yes”to confirm the file import e. When the“In progress”message box is closed, the Campaign has been imported successfully.
5. How do I design multiple contents? a. At Dashboard - Click“6 Campaign Manager” b. At Campaign Manager - Select“+ New playlist” [2-9] - Set time [2-6] - Select “Edit scheduled content”[2-2] - After editing has been completed, select “7 Save”[3-11] - Return to “Campaign Manager” - Select another schedule - After editing has been completed, select “7 Save”[3-11] - Click“9 Play” Content will be played according to your play schedule. 6.
