4. After pressing the button “Contact IT Help”, the Title window will appear in the
upper right corner of the screen. You will be able to deliver messages to
RoomView software administrators/users who connect to the same local area
network.
Important
• Please only deliver the messages in English letters and digits.

**Crestron RoomView
On the "Edit Room" page, enter the IP Address (or hostname) as shown on the
projector's on-screen display (OSD) menu, and "05" for IPID, "41794" for the reserved
Crestron control port.
