unlocked position and the door must be locked and unlocked with the standard key lock.

Entire underside of the apparatus shall be undercoated. Includes chassis, floor extrusions,
step wells and aluminum compartments.

Reflective stripe on the exterior sides and rear of the vehicle, placed up to 48" above
