TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
- Check the following before calling for service.
- If the same problems connue aer checking, contact the reseller you purchased the controller from.
The source layer creaon fails in a simple
scenario, and nothing is displayed on the screen
Power light is o
Big screen black
Video input source detecon is invalid
Unable to start
Videowall Control SW cannot connect
VZ-PRO Controller
Board stuck abnormally
Click the reset buon (on the back of controller) or check the input souce
Check if the power cable is plugged in rmly
Check if the corresponding video connection of the device is reliable
Check the video input card is securely installed or
the video input format is supported
Please reset the power and check it.
If the controller is sll not recovered, please contact your supplier.
Please check the network address, both VZ-PRO Controller and Local
Videowall Control PC, is located in the same network.
Ex. both devices should have like 192.168.0.XXX & 192.168.0.XX
Please check the cable connecon.
Power off and restart, if you can't solve the problem, please contact your
supplier
