WARNING WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL INSTALL THIS SHOWER CABIN AND INCLUDE THE ASSISTANCE OF A SECOND PERSON TO INSTALL THE DOOR UNIT. INSTALLATION OF THE SHOWER DOORS BY AN INEXPERIENCED PERSON MAY RESULT IN GLASS BREAKAGE AND, CONSEQUENTLY, CAUSE PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. PREPARATION STEPS TO FOLLOW BEFORE INSTALLATION 1. Remove the plastic layer from the base border (if needed). Do Not remove the plastic layer off the plastic platform of the base. 2. Properly apply silicone to the wall and base joints. IMPORTANT Verify that the overall size of the shower door opening is appropriate for the shower enclosure. Because of the hole locations on the structural rail, cutting the rail is strongly not advised (see page 3 diagram).
. Place the side glass panel with the structural rail into desired position. Use the level to correct position assembly. 8. Mark holes on the wall for the side glass support (#20). 9. Mark the circumference location for the wall mount bracket (#1). 10. Remove the side glass panel (#6) and the structural rail (#16). Drill holes into the wall where marked and place plastic anchors (#24) in them. 11. Unscrew plate from the wall mount bracket body using the hex key (FIG.4). 12.
BRACKET BODY B. INSTALLING THE BIG FRONT FIXED PANEL PLATE 1. Screw the fixed panel bottom clip (#10) to the big front fixed panel (#4). Place thin gaskets on each side of the panel. [SEE FIG.6] 17 2. Place the side seal strip (#18) on the big front fixed panel (#4) from the side of the wall. 3. Place the big front fixed panel on the shower opening making sure to have the hole out on the bottom for the fixed panel bottom clip closer to the wall. 4.
C. INSTALLING THE SMALL FRONT FIXED PANEL 1. Align the small front fixed panel (#5) to the shower opening. Make sure you place the panel with the holes closer to the corner. The difference is minimal so stop to measure as needed. 16 15 2. Unscrew the corner brackets (#8) [SEE FIG.8] 3. Align the corner brackets to their respective positions from inside the shower. Place the corner plates on the outside of the shower. 4.
E. INSTALLING THE DOOR 1. Remove the rollers (#3) from the box, note that these are fully installed. Carefully unthread the cap with a small head allen key. You will see a big hex screw, this is referred to as the roller height adjustment screw. Use the provided allen key to unscrew the adjustment screw and dismantle the roller. Place the screw through door panel top holes and attach the two top rollers onto the door panel (#7). [SEE FIG.
F. INSTALLING THE HANDLE 1. Unscrew the handle holders from the handle (#9). 2. Align the handle to its respective door position with a plastic washer on each side of the door. [SEE FIG.12] 9 3. Tighten the handle holders from the inside of the shower cabin. G. INSTALLING THE WATER SEAL STRIP 1. Place the seal strip (#19) to both ends of the door and to the big front fixed panel. Start the seal strip on the door right above the door guide.
I. INSTALLING THE HEX SCREW COVERS 1. Install hex screw covers (#26) to the hex screws that mount the hardware and glass supports. IMPORTANT ! - WAIT 24 HOURS BEFORE USING SHOWER. - DO NOT ALLOW WATER TO DIRECTLY HIT DOOR SEAL STRIP. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SHOWER CABIN AND DOOR PANEL A. Use mild liquid household cleaners to keep metal surface bright and clean. Rinse well and dry with a clean cloth. B. Remove dust with a soft, damp cloth. C.

IMPORTANT ROLLER ADJUSTMENTS TO ACCOMMODATE OUT OF SQUARE OPENINGS NOTE: There is a 3/8" adjustment in the roller to use in the case that your walls are not plumb and level. Using an allen key, you will be able to adjust the roller to accommodate for the variance. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Loosen the hex screw to allow for movement. Then place the allen key in the small hex hole as shown and roll it to the right or left to make the adjustment. [See Fig.1] Fig. 1A displays the 3 different positions.
