! WARNING VIGO STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THIS INSTALLATION BE COMPLETED BY A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL. INSTALLATION OF DOOR UNIT REQUIRES AT LEAST TWO PEOPLE. INSTALLATION OF THE SHOWER DOORS BY AN INEXPERIENCED PERSON MAY RESULT IN GLASS BREAKAGE AND CONSEQUENTLY, CAUSE PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. - Handle fragile items with care to prevent personal injury or material damage. - The glass panels are tempered and cannot be cut. Never attempt to do so.
IMPORTANT Verify that the overall size of the shower door opening is appropriate for the shower enclosure. Because of the hole locations on the structural rail, do not cut the structural rail. Due to individual site variations, exact guidelines for every situation cannot be supplied. The recommended framing and dimensional requirements are shown for a typical application and may vary depending on the site requirements.
A. 1. INSTALLING THE SIDE GLASS PANEL Arrange the glass panel to the preferred configuration (see diagram on pg.5). Install the seal strip (#18) to both sides of the side glass panel (#6). The seal strip (#18) that is not against the wall needs to be cut below the structural rail at a height of *69 1/2". The structural rail will install through the small notch on the side glass panel (#6).
Place the side glass panel (#6) with the structural rail (#16) into desired position. Use the level to correct position assembly. Mark holes on the wall for the side glass support (#20). Mark the circumference location for the wall mount bracket (#1). NOTE: Make sure to keep the side glass panel perpendicular to the structural rail. Failure to do this can lead to the glass breaking and bodily harm. A4 33 3/4 " 20 7 70 1/4" 16 1 20 6 70 1/4" 4.
6. Unscrew plate from the wall mount bracket body (#1) using the hex key. Place the wall mount bracket plate (#1) to the wall and screw in the plate using the 2" screw (#23). There is a 13mm adjustment built into the plate for minor modifications.
Place the side glass panel and the structural rail back to the shower opening. Screw the side glass supports to the wall with 1 5/8" screws (#22). There is a 10mm adjustment built into the glass supports for minor modifications. Thread the wall mount bracket body (#1) back onto the plate and tighten the set screw using the hex key supplied. Tighten the structural rail screw (#17). 20 A7 10mm ADJUSTMENT 24 20 22 33 3/4 17 " 22 20 7 16 1 20 22 6 70 1/4" 7.

3. Place the big front fixed panel (#4) in the shower opening making sure to have the fixed panel bottom clip (#10) closer to the wall. Screw the big front fixed panel to the structural rail (#16) with the fixed panel holders (#2).
4. Make sure the front fixed panel is level and mark the fixed panel bottom clip (#10) location on the floor. B4 16 7 15 4 10 5. B5 Remove the big front fixed panel from the position in the opening. Unscrew and detach the fixed panel bottom clip (#10) from the big front fixed panel and place it where you marked the floor. Mark a hole on the floor for the mounting screw.
6. Drill the hole and place a plastic anchor (#25) inside it. B6 25 7. Screw the fixed panel bottom clip (#10) to the floor with 1 1/8" screw (#21).
8. Align the big front fixed panel to the shower opening location. Screw the big front fixed panel to the structural rail with the fixed panel holders. Screw the fixed panel bottom clip (#10) to the big front fixed panel.
C. 1. INSTALLING THE SMALL FRONT FIXED PANEL Align the small front fixed panel (#5) to the shower opening. Make sure you place the panel with the holes closer to the corner. 1 11/16" The difference is minimal so stop to measure as needed. C1 1 7/16" 5 5 7 2. Unscrew the corner brackets (#8). Use the provided allen key to unscrew the adjustment screw and dismantle the roller.
3. 4. Place the two top rollers and the door panel (#7) assembly onto the structural rail (#16). Note that the rollers have a built-in mechanism that will provide adjustment for walls that are not 100% perpendicular to the floor. If necessary, loosen the adjustment screw and rotate the individual roller. This will raise or lower the height that the roller sits on the structural rail. Please refer to pages 25-26 for Roller Adjustments to Accommodate Out of Square Openings.
5. Remove the door from the structural rail. Mark holes on the floor for the mounting screws. E5 11 6. Drill the holes and place plastic anchors (#25) inside them. E6 11 25 7. Screw the door guide to the floor with 1 1/8" screws (#21).
