2. Storage
The tool must be stored as follows:
• Keep tool in a dry and dust-free place.
• Do not expose the tool to liquids and/or
aggressive substances.
• Do not store the tool outdoors.
• Keep tool out of reach of children.

3. Before use
• Always use jack stands in pairs. Ensure that jack stands are identical in shape and design.
• Set the jack stands to the required height and secure with the safety bolts.
• Secure the vehicle with chocks to prevent it from moving.
Using the jack stands:
• Raise the vehicle using a suitable jack and place the jack stands underneath.
• Carefully lower the vehicle, constantly ensuring that the jack stands are correctly in place. Raise the
load again and correct the placement of the jack stands if necessary.
Removing the jack stands:
• Raise the vehicle using a suitable jack.
• Remove the jack stands one at a time.
• Ensure that no persons and/or objects are located under or within the range of the vehicle and then
slowly lower the vehicle.
4. Maintenance and cleaning
Lubrication:
• Use a light lubricant for all moving parts in order to prevent the formation of rust.
Specify the ViGOR article number and
serial number when ordering spare parts.
Maintenance:
• Keep the tool clean.
• Replace damaged or worn components and lubricate all moving parts.
Never work below a raised load without taking the appropriate safety precautions.
