ENVIRONMENTALHAZARDS:Thisproductistoxictofishandaquaticinvertebratesand
mayadverselyaffectnontargetplants.Driftorrunoffmaybehazardoustoaquatic
organismsinwateradjacenttotreatedareas.Toprotecttheenvironment,donotallow
pesticidetoenterorrunoffintostormdrains,drainageditches,guttersorsurfacewaters.
Applyingthisproductincalmweatherwhenrainisnotpredictedforthenext24hourswill
helptoensurethatwindorraindoesnotbloworwashpesticideoffthetreatmentarea.
Rinsingapplicationequipmentoverthetreatedareawillhelpavoidrunofftowaterbodies
ordrainagesystems.Thischemicalhaspropertiesandcharacteristicsassociatedwith
chemicalsdetectedingroundwater.Theuseofthischemicalinareaswheresoilsare
permeable,particularlywherethewatertableisshallow,mayresultingroundwater
contamination.Applicationaroundacisternorwellmayresultincontaminationof
drinkingwaterorgroundwater.
Section15‐REGULATORYINFORMATION
ThischemicalisapesticideproductregisteredbytheEnvironmentalProtectionAgency
andissubjectedtocertainlabelingrequirementsunderthefederalpesticidelaw.These
requirementsdifferfromtheclassificationcriteriaandhazardinformationrequiredfor
safetydatasheets,andforworkplacelabelsofnon‐pesticidechemicals.Followingisthe
hazardinformationasrequiredonthepesticidelabel:
CAUTION:Harmfulifabsorbedthroughskin.Causesmoderateeyeirritation.Avoid
contactwithskin,eyesorclothing.Washthoroughlywithsoapandwaterafterhandling
andbeforeeating,drinking,chewinggum,usingtobaccoorusingthetoilet.Wearlong‐
sleevedshirtandlongpants,socks,shoesandgloves.Removeandwashcontaminated
clothingbeforereuse.
FIRSTAID:IfinEyes:Holdeyeopenandrinseslowlyandgentlywithwaterfor15‐20
minutes.Removecontactlenses,ifpresent,afterthefirst5minutes,thencontinuerinsing
eye.CallaPoisonControlCenterordoctorfortreatmentadvice.IfonSkinoronClothing:
Takeoffcontaminatedclothing.Rinseskinimmediatelywithplentyofwaterfor15‐20

PoisonControlCenterordoctorimmediatelyfortreatmentadvice.Havepersonsipaglass
ofwaterifabletoswallow.DonotinducevomitingunlesstoldtodosobythePoison
ControlCenterordoctor.Donotgiveanythingbymouthtoanunconsciousperson.If
Inhaled:Movepersontofreshair.Ifpersonisnotbreathing,call911oranambulance,
thengiveartificialrespiration,preferablybymouth‐to‐mouth,ifpossible.CallaPoison
ControlCenterordoctorforfurthertreatmentadvice.Havetheproductcontainerorlabel
withyouwhencallingaPoisonControlCenterordoctor,orgoingfortreatment.Youmay
