Refers to the threshold that defines lowest
acceptable quality measured on the uplink.
If the BTS/TRX reports a lower quality, the
uplink power is increased.
• 0: BER < 0.2 %
• 1: 0.2 % < BER < 0.4 %
• 2: 0.4 % < BER < 0.8 %
• 3: 0.8 % < BER < 1.6 %
• 4: 1.6 % < BER < 3.2 %
• 5: 3.2 % < BER < 6.4 %
• 6: 6.4 % < BER < 12.8 %
• 7: 12.8 % < BER
Consistency Conditions:
