Pull the front mowing deck mounting (3)
downwards and hold.
Raise the mowing deck slightly with one
hand and insert the mounting pin on the
mowing deck into the bore on the front
mowing deck mounting (3).
Insert the cotter pin (5) through the bore in
the mounting pin.
● Repeat this procedure on the other
side.
Attaching the mowing deck at the rear:
● Raise mowing deck at the rear with one
hand and hold. The bore of the rear
mowing deck mounting must be aligned
with the mounting pin on the mowing
deck.
Insert the mounting pin on the mowing
deck (1) into the bore on the rear mowing
deck mounting (4).
Insert the cotter pin (5) through the bore in
the mounting pin.
● Repeat this procedure on the other
side.
Fitting the V-belt:
Press the retaining plate (7) forwards and
hold in place. Pull the V-belt (10) forwards
and lift with the V-belt cover (6).
Fit the V-belt (10) correctly onto the V-belt
pulley (without twisting).
Installing front V-belt cover:
Press the retaining plate (7) forwards and
hold in place. Fold the V-belt cover (6)
upwards. Guide the retaining plate (7) to
the rear and engage at the two retaining
tabs on the V-belt cover (6).
Note
Before attaching, check that the
mowing deck is correctly attached
at the front mowing deck mounting.
Risk of injury:
In the lowest cutting level, the
cutting height adjustment lever is
under tension. Do not touch the
cutting height adjustment lever
during installation of the mowing
deck.
Fit the V-belt onto V-belt pulley
without twisting.
