Removing the wheel:
Detach cap (1).
Remove retaining ring (2) using a
screwdriver.
Remove large washer (3) and small
washer (4) (only fitted on rear wheel).
Remove wheel (5) from the axle.
Installing the wheel:
The following points must be observed
before installing the wheels:
● Remove dirt from the wheel axle.
● Lightly coat the wheel axle with grease
before installation.
Rear wheels:
Insert the feather key (6) in the rear wheel
axle. Fit the wheel (5) – valve located on
outside – over the feather key and push
onto the wheel axle to the stop.
Push the small washer (4) and the large
washer (3) onto the wheel axle.
Front wheels:
Fit the wheel (5) – valve located on outside
– onto the wheel axle to the stop.
Push the large washer (3) onto the wheel
axle.
Allow the retaining ring (2) to engage in the
groove on the wheel axle.
Fit the cap (1) onto the wheel axle.
● Lift the machine and pull out the
support.
● Carefully set the machine onto the
ground.
13.9 Checking the engine oil filling
level
● Park the machine on a flat, level
surface.
● Stop the engine. (Ö 11.3)
● Engage the parking brake. (Ö 8.11)
● Allow the engine to cool down.
● Open the engine hood. (Ö 13.2)
Please consult the engine instruction
manual for instructions on checking the
engine oil filling level.
When removing the rear wheels,
ensure that the couplers (feather
keys) are not lost.
Before installing the rear wheels,
ensure that the couplers (feather
keys) are located in the grooves of
the wheel axle on both sides.
When mounting the wheels, ensure
that the valves are always located
on the outside.
Check that the wheel is seated
securely.
Avoid damage to the machine.
Check the engine oil filling level
before initial use and before each
use.
Note:
If there is insufficient or no engine
oil, the engine oil must be topped
up.
