The fuel cock (1) is opened and closed by
turning the control valve (2).
13.13 Fuses
Checking plug-in fuses
● Stop the engine. (Ö 11.3)
● Engage the parking brake. (Ö 8.11)
● Remove the ignition key and keep it in a
safe place.
● Open the battery
compartment. (Ö 13.14)
Remove the plug-in fuses (1). Visually
check whether the wire (2) in the plastic is
damaged (burnt through).
If the wire (2) is damaged, the fuse must
be replaced with a new fuse of the same
amperage rating.
● Close the battery
compartment. (Ö 13.14)
Checking the main fuse:
Main fuse:
150 Amperes
● Stop the engine. (Ö 11.3)
● Engage the parking brake. (Ö 8.11)
● Remove the ignition key and keep it in a
safe place.
● Open the battery
compartment. (Ö 13.14)
Remove the cover (1).
Visually check whether the wire (2) is
damaged (blown). If the wire is damaged,
the fuse (3) must be replaced by a
specialist dealer.

dealers.
Fit the cover (1).
● Close the battery
compartment. (Ö 13.14)
Fire hazard:
Never bypass the fuses with wire or
foil.
Never use a fuse with a value that
differs from the specified rating
(ampere).
If a new fuse blows within a short
time, an electrical fault (e.g. short
circuit) is the probable cause.
