2. VOLUME: Volume dial
This is the knob for the adjustment of the main
volume level of the system. It consequently con-
trols the volume of the headphones and the signal
of the stereo preamplifier output (7).
3. WARM-UP display and POWER LED
This LED flashes for approx. 30 seconds during
warm-up after turning the unit on and stays per-
manently on as long as the unit is turned on and
in ready for use.
4. PHONES: Headphone socket
Headphones with an impedance of at least 32Ω
can be connected to this 6.3 mm jack socket.
5. INPUT: Input Selector
This push button allows you to choose one of the
two input sources (CD, AUX).
6. POWER
This is the main power switch for turning on and
off the device. The KHV-1 is separated from the
mains voltage when switched off and cannot be
set into a standby state.
