SERVING WINES Storing wines at the proper temperature is important. To preserve them as long as possible wine should be stored at approximately 55° Fahrenheit. INSTALLATION § Remove all packing material before using your wine cooler. § IMPORTANT: Before connecting the unit to a power source, let it stand upright for approximately 24 hours. This will reduce the possibility of a malfunction in the cooling system from handling during transportation. § Clean the interior surface with lukewarm water and a soft cloth. § This unit is designed for freestanding and built in installation and indoor use only. Position the unit in a dry and well-ventilated place.
OPERATING YOUR WINE COOLER The controls of your wine cooler POWER To control this appliance, turn on/off. To turn OFF the appliance, touch the key for 5 seconds. LIGHT To control the interior light, turn on/off. UP Press to raise (warm) the set temperature by 1°C or 1°F. DOWN Press to lower (cool) the set temperature by 1°C or 1°F. °F/°C Selector Select the temperature display setting in Fahrenheit or Celsius degree.
DYNAMIC COOLING/SILENT MODES The Dynamic Cooling feature enables the relative humidity inside the unit and the temperature to be distributed evenly around the interior, so you can store all of your wine under the exact same excellent conditions. If you would like to use the unit to store wine long term, the dynamic cooling is a must. This will create a continuous climate in the cabinet which imitates that of a wine cellar.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE CLEANING YOUR WINE COOLER • • Turn off the power, unplug the appliance, and remove all items including shelves. Wash the inside surfaces with a warm water and baking soda solution. The solution should be about 2 tablespoons of baking soda to a quart of water. • Wash the shelves with a mild detergent solution. • Wring excess water out of the sponge or cloth before cleaning control panels or any electrical parts. • Wash the outside cabinet with warm water and mild liquid detergent.

TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM Door will not close properly Wine cooler does not operate POSSIBLE CAUSE • • The wine cellar is not level. The shelves are out of position. • The door gasket is dirty. • A bottle in the cellar is too long.
Wine cooler turns on and off frequently Inside light flashes Display shows “EL” or “EH” • The room temperature may be hotter than normal. • • Check if door does not close completely or is open too often. Check if door gasket does not seal properly. • The temperature control is not set correctly. • In some instances, this is normal. The light may flash when the automatic defrost function starts to work. Set temperature is higher than inner temperature. Adjust temperature to resolve.

Damage: All damages must be noted at time of delivery. If a bill is signed that there is no damage, buyer accepts delivery as free and clear. Storage Fees: When having an item serviced by a Vinotemp service technician at the Vinotemp facility, Purchaser agrees to pick up their repaired item or make arrangements for return shipping within a 30 day period once they have been notified by Vinotemp through phone call, email, or letter that their unit is ready for pick up. If the item remains in the Vinotemp warehouse after 30 days but no longer than 60 days, the Purchaser will incur additional storage fees of 2%.
