The unit has seamless glass doors and soft interior lights to elegantly display your wine and other beverages. S e r v in g W in e s Storing wines at the proper temperature is important. To preserve them as long as possible, wine should be stored at approximately 55° Fahrenheit. However, the chart below suggests the optimal drinking temperature for the different styles of wine.
General Operating Instructions Remove all external and internal packaging from your wine and beverage cooler. Be sure that all parts have been included before discarding any packaging materials. You may want to keep the box and packing materials for use at a later date. Upon receipt and inspection of unit, the supply cord must be replaced if it is damaged. INSTALLATION BEFORE USING YOUR APPLIANCE Remove all packing material before using your appliance. IMPORTANT: Before connecting the unit to a power source, let it stand upright for approximately 24 hours. This will reduce the possibility of a malfunction in the cooling system from handling during transportation. Clean the interior surface with lukewarm water and a soft cloth. INSTALLATION OF YOUR APPLIANCE This unit is designed for freestanding and built-in installation and indoor use only.
OPERATING YOUR WINE & BEVERAGE COOLER The setting should be operate in the control panel. (1) Functions of each keys in the control panel. ①Up Used to raise (warm)the set temperature by 1°C or 1°F . When the screen is flashing, press it once, the temperature setting is up by 1°C or 1°F , the highest setting temperature is 18°C(64°F ). Stop to press any button for 5 seconds, then the number stop flashing to show the actual temperature of the cabinet.
(3)Defrosting The unit defrosts automatically. The evaporator behind the rear wall of the unit defrosts automatically. The condensate collects in the drainage channel behind the rear wall of the unit, and flows through the drainage hole into the drip tray by the compressor where it evaporates. When the wine and beverage cooler run for some time, the wine and beverage cooler will enter to defrosting, the compressor stop running and the fan will keep running.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE CLEANING YOUR APPLIANCE IMPORTANT: Always unplug the unit before cleaning or performing maintenance. Never use harsh cleansers or scouring pads to clean any part of the unit. Turn off the power, unplug the appliance, and remove all items including shelves. Wash the inside surfaces with a warm water and baking soda solution. The solution should be about 2 tablespoons of baking soda to a quart of water. Wash the shelves with a mild detergent solution.
ENERGY SAVING TIPS The unit should be located in the coolest area of the room away from heat sources or direct sunlight. Ensure that the unit has proper allowances on all sides for proper ventilation. Never cover any air vents. Only open the cooler door for as long as necessary. Frequent opening of the door will affect internal temperature. PROBLEMS WITH YOUR APPLIANCE You can solve many common cooler problems easily, saving you the cost of a possible service call.
Cancellation or Fees Terms: Shipping/Delivery fees are the responsibility of the Purchaser. Seller is not responsible for the carrier’s missed/Non delivery for any reason. Delivery is curbside. Optional upgrades in delivery service is an additional fee. When shipped 3rd Party (FOB Warehouse), Purchaser assumes all responsibility for delivery, payment of freight and freight claims for damages during shipment.
Systems and other installed cooling units are parts only for 1 year, no labor. Self Contained WineMate Cooling Systems are 1 year parts, 1 year labor. Removal and reinstallation of cooling units is not included. Wine Accessories, Racking Systems, Parts and Other miscellaneous items is a 30 day warranty. Il Romanzo units: Warranty 90 (ninety) days. Replacement part 12 (twelve) months from the date of sale. Brama: 1 year warranty from date of purchase.
