o 1 Instruction manual
Before connecting the appliance to the power source, let it stand upright
for approximately 2 hours. This will reduce the possibility of a malfunction
in the cooling system from handling during transportation.
Clean the interior surface with lukewarm water using a soft cloth.
INSTALLING YOUR WINE CELLAR
Place your appliance on a floor that is strong enough to support the
appliance when it is fully loaded. To level your appliance, adjust the front
legs at the bottom of the appliance.
Unit must be placed as a freestanding unit—not to be built in.
For proper installation, keep away from direct sunlight and sources of
heat (stove, heater, radiator, etc.). Direct sunlight may affect the
coating and heat sources may increase electrical consumption. Extreme
cold or hot ambient temperatures may also cause the appliances not to
perform properly.
For freestanding installation, 6” of space at the back, 10-12” of space on
each side, and unlimited clearance at the top of the wine cooler are
suggested to ensure proper air circulation and to prevent the cooling
system and control board from overheating. Do not place underneath a
table, counter top, or anything of the sort as this will not allow for proper
air circulation.
Not designed for placement in garage or basement. Designed for use
inside the home.
