have turned off notification permissions for the LaiCam app.
6. The microSD card cannot save the videos
1) It supports SD card with speed above Class 4 (Max 128g).
2) Format the SD card in FAT32 on computer or laptop.
3) Format the SD card again in the app.
4) Please use genuine ones, and compatibility is not guaranteed for fake, inferior and
refurbished cards.
7. How do I watch the video of the sd card on my laptop?
A: The videos saved in the memory card are H.264 format that need special software to play,
free to download from the following link

8. The app said "The video has been saved to the album", but I can't find it in my phone
album.
A: The video was saved to the LaiCam app album. Launch LaiCam app > Mine > Album. If you
want to download it to your phone, tap the "Share" icon in the upper right corner, then
tap "Save Video".
9. The camera would charge but not power on.
A: This is due to frequent pressing of the reset button, but the camera does not have enough
power to complete the reset process, resulting in bricking. Please don't worry, this can be
easily solved referring the following video tutorials.

10. Other issues
1) Press and hold the “R” button for 5 seconds to reset the camera, and wait until the red
light flashes slowly.
2) Phone, camera, and WiFi router (only support 2.4G WiFi) as close together as possible.
3) Connect the camera to app using SONIC CONNECTION. Notice: SONIC connection may
not support some dual-band, and tri-band Wi-Fi routers. If not, please use WLAN
