Q3:
Why doesn’t the music stop when I put the earbuds into the charging
case?
A：
The earbuds automatically turn on and re-connect with your device when
you open the charging case. So, it is only when you put back the earbuds
and close the case that the music stops playing automatically. If the music is
still playing when you close the case, maybe the earbuds are not placed properly
and they are not in the state of charging, you just need to put them back
again and close the case.

Reset MDots:
Step1. Take out both earbuds from the charging case
Step2. Turn off both earbuds by keeping pressing them for
5 seconds.
Step3. Press and hold both earbuds for 10 seconds to clear
the paired information
Step4. The LED will flash red and white alternately 3 times.
Step5. Reset successfully.
Step6. Put both earbuds into the charging case to re-enter
into pairing mode.

Answer:
1. Put the new single earbud into the charging case to charge for a while.
2. Take out both earbuds from the charging case.
3. Turn off both earbuds by keeping pressing them for 5 seconds.
4. Press and hold both earbuds for 10 seconds to delete the paired information.
5. The LED will flash red and white alternately 3 times.
6. Put both earbuds into the charging case to re-enter into pairing mode.

6. Activate Siri or Google Assistant: triple-click
Left Earbud:
1. Volume down: press and hold it, volume will be down decreasingly
