1 . Locate your Welcome to SmartStart email,
using your phone or computer.
2. Click the MySmartStart link and follow the
on-screen instructions to finish activating
your SmartStart system.
3. If you did not receive your Welcome email,
please try the following:
a. Check your spam or junk mail folders
b. Check with your installer to make sure
they entered your email address correctly
c. Contact Consumer Support:
