9 WARRANTIES
(a) Inadditiontoanystatutorywarra ntytowhich youmaybeentitled,weprovide
thewarrantyperiodtoyou atnoextracostwithequipmentwesupply.
(b) If younotify usofafault withtheUSBmodem or homemodemwehave
suppliedtoyouwithinthewarrantyperiod,wewill,atour option, repair,
replace,orprovidecreditforthefaultyitematnocosttoyou.
(c) If wedonotfindafault,orif thefaultwascausedby:
(i) anyequipmentwhichisnot ownedby us(suchasyourcomputer),
(ii) anyinterferencecausedbyan interveningevent,
(iii) anyinterferencewithormodificationtothis equipmentorafailureto
useitinaccordancewithinst ructions,or
(iv) damagecausedby you,
thenwewillchargeyoufortherepairor replacementinclud ingassociated
shipping,postageandhandling.
(d) Outsideanywarrantyperiod, themaintenanceoftheUSBmodemorhome
modemwehavesuppliedtoyouisyourresponsibility.If we replacethat
equipment,wemaychargeyouafeeincludingass ociatedshipping,postage
andhandling.
10 WHATHAPPENSIF YOUMOVEPREMISES?
10.1 If youmovepremisesandthe BroadbandatHomeserviceisavailableatyournew
premises:
(a) If youarestillwithintheminimumtermof youragreementthen your
agreementwillcontinuetoapplyatyournewaddressfortheremainderofthe
minimumterm. Youmust notify usbeforeyoumovepremises.
10.2 If youmovepremisesandtheserviceisnotavailableatyournewpremises:
If youmovepremisesandtheservice isnotavailableatyournewaddress:
(a) wewill canceltheservice;
(b) youmustreturnthehomemodem tous; and
(c) ifasaresult , theserviceiscancelledbeforetheendoftheminimumterm,we
maychargeyou:
(i) acancellationfee;and
(ii) inaddition,wemaychargeyouthea mountsetoutint hepricing
tables if youdonotreturnthehomemodem tous.
