DESCRIPTION

In the K827PH, K847PH parts each channel consist of a

phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide

infrared-emitting diode in a 8 pin (dual); 16 pin (quad) plastic

dual inline package.

FEATURES

• DC isolation test voltage 5000 V

RMS

• Compliant to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC and

in accordance to WEEE 2002/96/EC
