TROUBLESHOOTING
If your system is not operating properly, please refer to the following information. If the
problem persists, disconnect from power and contact your AV reseller immediately.

Status lights no on
 Check CAT5e/6 cable
 The cable should be wired to 568B standard at both ends.
If one end has green and orange swapped this is a cross-
over cable and cannot be used.
 Try unshielded cable
No Power light
 Check power connections
 Try alternative power supply
Link light not on
 Check HDMI cable between source and transmitter
Status light not on
 Replace CAT5e/6 cable
Image displayed
incorrectly
 Repeat start-up sequence
Lights all on but no
image
 Check that source is turned on
