Installation Sheet

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
INSPECT ITEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL. IF THERE IS
ANY DAMAGE OR OBVIOUS DEFECT, DO NOT INSTALL.
ITEM MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED.
1. Remove threaded ring (C) from socket cover (D).
2. Attached bottom ring of harp (B) over top threaded section of (D) and secure
with threaded ring (C).
3. Remove finial (A) from harp (B), place lamp shade (not included) over the bolt
attached on top of harp (B). Screw finial (A) onto the bolt to secure shade to
harp (B).
4. Insert light bulb (not included) into socket.
5. Remove red plastic (E) from electrical plug (F).
6. Plug lamp into wall socket.
