ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
INSPECT ITEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL. IF THERE IS
ANY DAMAGE OR OBVIOUS DEFECT, DO NOT INSTALL.
ITEM MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED.
1. Measure center distance of both hanging key holes at backside of lamp base
(C). Mark hole locations on the wall with the same distance at desired height.
2. Drill small hole on each marked location on the wall, each hole should be large
enough to accommodate the plastic anchor (A). Push plastic into the holes in
the wall.
3. Insert both mounting screws (B) into the plastic anchors (A), make sure both
screw heads with 1/8” threads are visible.
4. Hook lamp base (C) to the affixed screws (B) by aligning the holes on the
backside of the lamp base (C) with both screw heads.
5. Remove plastic bushing inside of threaded hole at bottom of fixture base (C).
6. Attach cord cover (K) to bottom of fixture base (C) by turning (K) in counter-
clockwise direction. Attach cord cover (L) to bottom of (K) by turning (L) in
counter-clockwise direction and attach cord cover (M) to bottom of (L) by
turning (M) in counter-clockwise direction.
7. Remove threaded ring (E) from threaded section of socket.
8. Attach bottom ring of harp (F) over top threaded section of socket (D) and
secure with threaded ring (E).
9. Remove finial (J) from harp (F). Place shade (H) over bolt (G) attached on the
top of harp. Screw finial (J) onto the bolt to secure shade to the harp.
10. Insert light bulb (not included) into the socket.
11. Remove plastic cover on (O) from electrical plug.
12. Plug lamp into wall outlet.
