ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION GUIDE

INSPECT ITEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL. IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE OR

OBVIOUS DEFECT, DO NOT INSTALL.

ITEM MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED.

1. Remove the mounting plate (C) from ﬁxture base (D) by remove the base screws (E).

2. Hold the mounting plate (C) on the wall where you want to mount the lamp. Making sure the mounting plate is level,

mark center points for both key holes on the wall. Remove the mounting plate.

3. Replace the mounting plate (C) to ﬁxture base (D).

4. Drill small holes into your marked points on the wall. The holes should be large enough to accommodate the plastic

anchors (A). Push the plastic anchors (A) into the holes in the wall.

5. Insert mounting screws (B) into plastic anchors (A), make sure screw head with 1/8” threads are visible.

6. Hook lamp base (C) onto both screws (B).

7. Insert light bulbs into sockets.

8. Remove plastic cover (E) from electrical plug (D).

9. Plug lamp cord into wall outlet.
