ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION GUIDE
WE RECOMMEND INSTALLATION OF THIS LIGHTING FIXTURE BE DONE BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN.
WARNING *** SWITCH OFF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FROM THE MAIN FUSE BOX/CIRCUIT
BREAKER BEFORE INSTALLATION.
INSPECT ITEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL. IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE OR
OBVIOUS DEFECT, DO NOT INSTALL.
ITEM MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED.
1. Remove back plate (A) from the light fixture (C) by unscrewing the base screws (D) with a screwdriver in
a counter-clockwise direction.
2. Position the back-plate (A) diagonally so that the holes of back plate (A) and the wall outlet are aligned.
Tighten the back plate (A) onto the wall outlet by two screws provided (B).
(Wrap in plastic and attach at back of the light fixture.)
3. Attach the light fixture (C) to the back plate (A) and tighten it by screwing base screws (D).
4. To connect wire, remove the plastic wire protector. Connect the ground wire (green) to the ground wire from the wall
outlet box, connect the neutral (white) fixture wire to the neutral (white) outlet wire, connect the hot (black) fixture wires to
the hot (black) outlet wire. Fasten the neutral (white) and hot (black) connection separately with a plastic wire connector
and tightly wrap each connector ends with electrical tape. Always make sure that no wire strands are left outside of the
connectors. DO NOT REVERSE THE HOT OR NEUTRAL CONNECTIONS OR SAFETY WILL BE COMPROMISED. IT IS
IMPERATIVE THAT THE OUTLET BOX IN YOUR HOME BE PROPERLY GROUNDED.
Gently push the wiring back into the outlet box.
5. Insert light bulb into socket.
6. Attach the lamp shade (F) to the light bulb.
** For your convenience, DW plug is provided and screwed at the bottom of the base.**
6. Insert light bulb Type CA,maximum 60 Watt into the socket.

Gently push the wiring back into the outlet box.
