ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION GUIDE

INSPECT ITEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL. IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE OR

OBVIOUS DEFECT, DO NOT INSTALL.

ITEM MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED.

1. Remove lock nuts (B) from bolts (C) attached on top of lamp base, place lamp shade (A) over both bolts (C). Screw

lock nuts (B) onto the bolts to secure lamp shade to lamp base.

2. Insert light bulbs into sockets.

3. Remove plastic cover (E) from electrical plug (D).

4. Plug lamp into wall outlet.
