ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

WE RECOMMEND INSTALLATION OF THIS LIGHTING FIXTURE BE DONE BY A

LICENSED ELECTRICIAN.

WARNING *** SWITCH OFF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FROM THE MAIN

FUSE BOX/CIRCUIT BREAKER BEFORE INSTALLATION.

INSPECT ITEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL. IF THERE IS

ANY DAMAGE OR OBVIOUS DEFECT, DO NOT INSTALL.

ITEM MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED.

1. Thread bottom nipple of pole (G) into the center hole of light ﬁxture (H).

2. Thread bottom nipple of pole (F) into the top opening of pole (G).

3. Thread bottom nipple of pole (E) into the top opening of pole (F).

4. Hook top loop (E) to mounting loop on canopy (D).

5. Remove mounting plate (A) from canopy (D) by unscrewing canopy screws (C).

6. Afﬁx mounting plate (A) onto ceiling outlet box and secure with mounting

screws (B).

7. Gently pull the wires from the ceiling and allow the wires to hang. Thread the

wires through the center hole in mounting plate (A).

8. Attach ﬁxture steel safety cable to structural member in the ceiling. (Refer to

the illustration)

9. Attach the ground wire (bare wire ) from the ﬁxture to the ground junction

box wire (usually green or copper wire). Fasten together with a plastic wire

connector and wrap the connection with electrical tape. Be sure no wire

strands are exposed.

10. Connect the neutral wire from the ﬁxture ( ridge molded wire) to the neutral

wire from the junction box (usually white). Fasten together with a plastic wire

connector and wrap the connection with electrical tape. Be sure no wire

strands are exposed.

11. Connect the hot wire from the ﬁxtur ( smooth wire) to eh hot wire (ususlly

black) from the junction box. Fasten each together with a plastic wire

connector and wrap the connection with electrical tape. Be sure that no

wire strands are exposed. DO NOT REVERSE THE HOT AND NEUTRAL

CONNECTIONS OTHERWISE SAFETY WILL BE COMPROMISED.
