Installation Sheet

1. Carefully remove all parts from the box.

2. Remove the mounting plate (B) from the fixture body (D) by unscrewing the screws (E).

3. Put the mounting plate (B) on the wall and mark the holes position with pencil (not included).

4. Drill holes on the wall and knock the anchors (A) into the holes.

5. Secure the wood screws (C) to the anchors (A) and leave the threads 1/8” out.

6. Install the mounting plate (B) to the fixture body (D) and secure with the screws (E).

7. Thread the rod (F) to the bottom of the fixture body (D), then thread the rod (K) to the rod (F).

8. Install the shade (H) to the socket (G) and secure with the socket ring (I).

9. Insert bulb (not included) into the socket.

10. Hook the fixture body (D) to the wood screws (C).

11. Remove the protective plug cover (J) from the plug.

12. Installation is complete, turn on power at fuse or circuit breaker.

***Clean with a dry, soft cloth only. Use no harsh abrasives or chemical agents.
