ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

WE RECOMMEND INSTALLATION OF THIS LIGHTING FIXTURE BE DONE BY A

LICENSED ELECTRICIAN.

WARNING *** SWITCH OFF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FROM THE MAIN

FUSE BOX/CIRCUIT BREAKER BEFORE INSTALLATION.

INSPECT ITEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL. IF THERE IS

ANY DAMAGE OR OBVIOUS DEFECT, DO NOT INSTALL.

ITEM MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED.

1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all plastic covering.

2. Thread lower arm (B) into Base (A).

3. Thread upper arm (C) to lower arm (B)

4. Insert shade (F) to thread (D) & tighten with thread (G)

5. Insert bulb (not included) into socket (E).

6. Remove red protective plug cover (I) from plug (H).

7. Plug into proper electrical outlet and test ﬁxture.

8. Assembly is complete.

Clean with a dry, soft cloth only. Do not use harsh abrasives or chemical agents.
