ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION GUIDE

INSPECT ITEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL. IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE OR

OBVIOUS DEFECT, DO NOT INSTALL.

ITEM MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED.

1. Remove all parts carefully from box.

2. Insert light bulb into socket (A).

3. Remove plastic cover (E) from polarized plug (D).

4. Plug lamp into wall outlet.

5. ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS

1) Loosen adjustment key (C).

2) Adjust lamp by pulling or pushing lamp pole (B) up or down to desired height.

3) Tighten adjustment key (C).
