Installation Sheet

1. Screw the adjustable riser (D) to the top of lamp body
2. Remove finial (F) from the adjustable riser (D).
3. Place shade (E) to the assembled adjustable riser (D) and secure with finial (F).
4. Insert bulbs (not included) into the sockets.
5. Remove protective plug cover (A) from the plug.
6. Plug into a proper electrical outlet and test the fixture.
7. Installation is complete.
***Clean with a dry, soft cloth only. Do not use harsh abrasives or chemical agents.
