ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION GUIDE
INSPECT ITEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL. IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE OR
OBVIOUS DEFECT, DO NOT INSTALL.
ITEM MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED.
1. Remove socket ring (B) from top of socket (A).
2. Attach lamp shade (C) to the threaded socket (A) and secure with socket ring (B).
3. Install bulb of correct type and wattage. See label on lamp.
4. Remove plastic cover (E) from electrical plug (D).
5. Plug lamp into wall outlet.
