PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
22. The cream in the cup is too
thin (it disappears after a few
seconds).
• Coffee extraction takes a long time
due to clogged fi lter.
• Coffee extraction too fast due to
clogged sprinkler fi lter.
• Water temperature too high.
• Clean or replace the fi lter.
• Clean or replace the sprinkler fi lter.
• Lower the temperature in the boiler.
23. Presence of depressions in the
coffee grounds (looking inside
the fi lter cup).
• Sprinkler fi lter partly clogged.
• Low amount of ground coffee for the
fi ter used.
• Clean or replace the sprinkler fi lter.
• Adjust the amount of ground coffee.
