Pre-Tect RTS
is a recommended and designed to provide an antifungal/microbial barrier during construction of new homes,
apartments, commercial buildings or any construction project that will exposue the building materials to extended durations of
moisture or humid conditions that cause damage and stains.

Technical Information
*Higher temperatures will speed up cure time and decrease the pot life of our component products. For every additional 10 degrees in temperature, your coating's pot life will generally decrease by half. The ideal temperature for use is 80 °F.

The coverage rate will vary depending upon surface porosity and application method use. The typical range is approximately 500 to

Primary Applications
Pre-Tect RTS is an effective coating that when used as a preventative measure during new construction on wood, concrete, or
brick, it will protect your substrate from harmful organic growth such as mold or mildew. When applied on a clean dry surface, Pre-
Tect RTS will provide a durable water resistant coating that will protect organic growth from getting into substrates such as wood,
concrete, or brick. Pre-Tect RTS is dry to the touch within 2 hours and will cure within 24 hours. Once cured, it provides a water
resistant shell to protect your substrate in case of inclement weather or exposure to moisture. Pre-Tect RTS is paintable and is an
excellent primer coat.
