34.3. Backup

There are two backup formats IDX and AVI.

.IDX Default video file format used by Vitek

.AVI Video file format supported by Microsoft Windows

When the Backup button is clicked, the following window is displayed as below.

Select Camera

Check the camera to backup. For AVI backup, only one camera is

permitted. For FJP, IDX, multiple backup is allowed.

Backup Period

Select the time frame (Start date and time ~ End date and time) to

backup.

Backup Type Select either AVI or FJP, IDX format.

Backup Path Select the HDD path where the backup file will be saved.

After selecting the parameters, click OK then the following window will display.
