Remove the Drain Plug located at the bottom of the Water Tray. Once drained, replace the Drain Plug. NOTE: You may also pull out the Water Tray from the Tile Saw and pour out the water. 3. After draining the water, rinse Tray to remove any silt. NOTE: Before moving the machine, the water tray should be drained.

Tilt the cutting block at 45˚ and tighten the lock knob (Fig. 18). 3. Following the same procedure as straight cut to cut the tile/stone. (Fig. 19) I. MAKING A PLUNGE CUT 1. 2. REPLACING THE DIAMOND Blade a. To disconnect the water supply, press the blue ring and pull out the Water Supply Tube from the Inlet Connection on the Blade Guard (Fig. 23). b. Remove the blade guard by removing the 2 screws (Fig. 24). c. Use the hexagonal wrench to hold the blade nut and use the spanner wrench provided to hold the shaft. Turn clockwise to unscrew and remove the Blade Securing Nut. Then, remove the Outside Flange (Fig. 25). d.
2. Replace the foam filter To replace the foam filter, remove the intake cover, then take out of the foam filter and put into a new one. Note: Only an authorized person of service center should perform repairs! 7 – TROUBLE SHOOTING Below we have listed a number of possible causes and corresponding solutions in case the machine dose not function as it should: Problem Possible Solution Stone/Tile Saw does 1.
