Warranty
Thank you very much for purchasing VK products.
Warranty period of this product is calculated from the date of purchase.
In accordance with Consumers’ Damage Compensation Regulation by Item (Public Notice No. 2000-21 by The Ministry of Finance
and Economy), VK Mobile implements warranty for our products as follows:
Warranty Period
-Terminal: 1 year
-Lithium Ion Battery: 6 months
Free Service
► Free Service
1. Only in case the product becomes out of order within 1 year (Quality Guarantee Period) under normal use, free service will be
provided.
2. In the case of battery, warranty period is 6 months.
Paid Service
► Paid Service
The following cases shall be subject to paid service even within warranty period:
-When the trouble is occurred due to consumer’s carelessness
-When the trouble is occurred due to Act of God (Fire, earthquake, flood, thunderbolt, etc.)
-When the trouble is occurred due to a problem of power source
-When the trouble is occurred due to defective devices connected to the phone
-When the trouble is occurred due to the repair by any person other than engineers of VK’s Service Center and VK designated agent.
