Users can view allocated storage for their virtual machines:

For selected virtual machines by clicking the Virtual Machines tab from the Dashboard, clicking the
virtual machine name for which to view storage information
The Setting tab appears for the virtual machine. The storage information is appears in the Disks row.
Adjust Storage for a Virtual Data Center
As an administrator, you can manage storage allocated for your virtual data centers.
Specifying tiers (SSD-Accelerated, Standard, or both) and the amount of storage to allocate to each tier
controls how users can allocate storage for the virtual machines in the virtual data center. When users create
virtual machines in the virtual data center, they can add can disks from the designated storage tiers based
on the amounts allocated for the tiers.
Prerequisites
Verify that you have virtual infrastructure administrator privileges.
Procedure
1 Select the region where you want to edit the virtual data center.
2 In the Dashboard tab, click the virtual data center to edit.
3 Click the Usage & Allocation tab.
4 Click Storage.
The Adjust Storage Allocation dialog box for the virtual data center appears and displays the following
information for the storage tiers allocated to the virtual data center:

Value Description
Current Usage The amount of storage used by the storage tier
Current Allocation The amount of storage allocated to the storage tier
NOTE If a tier is not allocated to the virtual data center
but the tier is available in your Dedicated Cloud or
Virtual Private Cloud , the current allocation value is
zero.
New Allocation The new amount of storage available for the virtual data
center, which must be between the min and max values
displayed for the storage tier
Min The current amount of storage used by the storage tier
Max The amount of storage available for the tier calculated as
the total amount of storage purchased for your cloud
minus the amount of storage allocated to your other
virtual data centers
5 In the allocation dialog box for the tier, type the new allocation for that tier.
6 Click Save.
The Usage & Allocation tab for the virtual data center refreshes with the updated storage allocation per tier.
