The software update file(s) have been copied to the local machine or an accessible network resource.
1. Connect one or more SRX2 headsets and/or a single SRX2 battery charger to the system via USB
cables. Ensure that each SRX2 headset has a charged battery inserted prior to running the software
update.
A charger update can be performed with batteries mounted on the charger ports and charging.

2. Launch the tool from the desktop shortcut or installation folder.
3. Click the Scan button to show all connected devices.

Click the Select and Save Software button and browse to the appropriate software update file
(DFU file) in the headset or charger section of the window.

If you want to backup the current headset software on the device(s), select the Save Existing
Software checkbox under the headset section. Click OK.

Important: Vocollect recommends only using files released by and downloaded from Vocollect,
its partners, or resellers. If a saved backup file is used to update multiple headsets, the application
will display the serial number of the source headset on all headset records and interfere with
VoiceConsole headset management.
Please note that the backup process saves existing software to the local application installation
folder and may overwrite a current DFU file.
6. Click an update button to start the update to the selected software version.
To update a single device, click the Update Now button associated with the device. You can set
different software files for each device using this method.
