Transmissions
The ends of the shift cables are attached
with locknuts to the control levers.
Mass dampers smooth out the shifting
movements and absorb vibrations.
Selector Lever Housing
To ensure proper adjustment or
replacement of the shift cables:
• The gearshift lever must be locked in
place in the left neutral position using the
adjustment drift T10027 before the shift
cables are loosened.
• At the transmission housing, a stopping
drift located on the bearing housing at
the shifter shaft end must be turned
clockwise to hold the shifter shaft in the
left neutral position.
