Instructions:
To activate clock: Slide the battery cover (1)
in the direction shown by the arrow to insert
or change AA battery (not included). Under
normal conditions, the battery should last
about a year; however, this depends on how
extensively the alarm is used. If the clock runs
slower, the battery is wearing out. For accurate
time-keeping, replace the battery periodically.
To activate luminous dial:
Hold dial near
bright light for one minute.
To Set Time:
Rotate dial (2) in the direction
shown by the arrow to set the current time on
the clock.
To Set Alarm:
Rotate dial (3) in the direction
shown by the arrow to set the time you wish
the alarm to ring.
To Use Alarm:
In the “ON” position (4), the alarm
is set to ring. When the alarm rings, slide the
switch to “OFF” position to stop alarm.
World Time Zones Map:
Numbers after a city indicate the difference of
time in hours from the Greenwich Meridian.
For instance, if you are in London, England at
5p.m, the corresponding time in New York is
noon because as shown on the table, the time
in New York is five hours (-5) earlier than
London (0).
If you are in San Francisco (-8 hours)
expecting a call from Berlin, Germany (+1
hour), at ten a.m. in Berlin it will be one a.m.
(-9 hours) in San Francisco.
